Residential house located in Nardaran
The project concept was formulated in accordance with the climatic conditions of Absheron. Simple geometric shapes, a facade made of natural materials, and an open layout that maximizes daylight balance this living space from both a functional and aesthetic point of view. An indoor swimming pool has been designed in the courtyard.
Architecture and Design
This residential building is intended primarily as a permanent residence or seasonal vacation home for small families. Its location in a quiet and sparsely populated environment, combined with the functional plan of the project, provides users with both a comfortable and safe space.
- Synthesis of Style: The project combines simple geometric shapes (modern style) with a facade made of natural materials (stone, wood). This harmony of rustic and modern style gives the building a special warmth and charm.
- Light and Planning: Open planning that maximizes daylight balances the living space both functionally and aesthetically.
- Outdoor Spaces: An open terrace or balcony (veranda) with wooden ceilings and comfortable furniture is an ideal place for family relaxation and dining.
This quiet and sparsely populated residential area, with a large courtyard and a covered carport, combined with the functional plan of the project, offers users a comfortable and safe space. For additional comfort, an indoor swimming pool has been designed in the courtyard, suitable for use even in the cold season.
