3-storey smart house located in Garadagh district
This project is based on the principle of modern architecture that adapts form to function. The building is placed on a terrace, taking into account the coastal relief, and the concept of integration with nature is at the forefront. The visual center of the project is the level terraces and the indoor pool area.
Architecture and Design
The architectural language is based on minimalism, deep volume and level transitions. Each floor of the house combines different functional zones and is adapted to the natural landscape. This house, in addition to being a status symbol, attracts attention with its interior comfort, energy efficiency and proximity to nature. The design of the house in accordance with the coastal relief makes it ideal as both a primary residence and a premium vacation home.
